With over 20 years of experience, she is the HR and Marketing Manager of Aayam Builders. Her Journey as a Marketing Manager has spanned several years where she has helped bag several clients who got their dream homes and infrastructure projects completed. She looks after Office Admin Jobs, Emails Communication and Project Handling. She is a dynamic professional dedicated to driving impactful Marketing Strategies for Women and Child Development Projects in Rural Areas.

Aayam Consultants is an Architecture and Interior Design Company. She has developed & executed marketing strategies, managed multiple projects, given her expert advice and consultation for important decisions, optimized digital marketing strategies and worked with team to drive business growth.

She has delivered her services in the Marketing Sphere; as Content Creation, Blogs, Articles to showcase our impact; Event Management in rural areas and implementing Digital Marketing Strategies. Bhavna Vashisht
With over 30 years of experience, Ravinder Vashisht is the sole proprietor of Aayam Builders. His Journey in the Construction Industry has spanned across several sectors where he along with his team has helped several clients get their dream projects and improved living conditions in several villages across Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
He has engaged in Project Promotions, Brand Building, Stakeholder Engagement including Government Agencies, several NGO's, and Community Leaders for the growth and development of the Community. He believes in Customer Service and delivering optimum results for his clients.
Ravinder Vashisht has been associated with several NGO's such as India Canada Village Improvement Trust (ICVIT), Village Life Improvement Foundation (VLIF), etc. for providing clean drinking water, sewerage system, wastewater effluent treatment, paved concrete streets and other facilities.
He has designed and executed Infrastructure Development Projects of many villages in Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. The Biggest Village handled was Dhakrani in Uttarakhand with a population of around 25,000 (over 3,000 Households). Complete Infrastructure of the Village including Concrete roads, sewerage system, sand filters, septic tanks for cleaning of sewer before it's discharge in Yamuna was constructed by his team.

- Project Manager (1990-1996):
As a Project Manager with PCP, Ravinder Vashisht executed various projects, demonstrating his expertise in managing diverse initiatives. Notably, he managed a project with NFL (National Fertilizers Limited) for Turbo Generator Erection and Commissioning in Bhatinda, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale industrial projects.
- International Experience (1994-1995):
His international experience includes handling projects in Iraq, where he successfully navigated complex logistical and cultural challenges. This experience broadened his perspective and honed his skills in managing global projects.
- Aayam Builders (1996-Present):
As the Proprietor of Aayam Builders, he has led the company to success, executing numerous projects in various states, including Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
With his extensive experience and expertise, Ravinder Vashisht has proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations. Leadership skills and strategic planning are his core strengths. He has established himself as a respected figure in the construction and project management industry.

Dr. Gurdev Singh Gill was a renowned Canadian physician, community leader, and activist. He was the founder of the Indo-Canadian Village Improvement Trust (ICVIT), a registered charitable society and NGO that aims to improve the lives of rural Indian villagers by providing access to clean drinking water, sanitation, and other essential infrastructure.
Ravinder Vashisht worked closely with Dr. Gurdev Singh Gill to realize their dreams and bring relief to village residents from poor living conditions, providing them a better lifestyle.

Dr. Gurdev Singh Gill passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, community service, and impactful contributions to the lives of millions.
Dr. Raghbir Singh Basi
Village Life Improvement Foundation (VLIF) was started in 2002 by Dr. Raghbir Singh Basi in conjunction with Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) abroad and residents of India to initiate integrated sustainable development of village communities.
Dr. Raghbir Singh Basi is a former Provost and Emeritus Glenn and Eva Old Professor of International Understanding, Alaska Pacific University, Anchorage, Alaska. He served in 1963 as Consultant to the Planning Commission of India. From 1967 to 1970 he was the Senior Economic Advisor to the Government of Saudi Arabia. He also served as MD of the Anchorage World Trade Centre and as President of the Board of Directors of Chugach Electric Corporation. Dr. Basi has authored books on economics and management. He was educated at Punjab University, India, University of British Columbia, Canada, and Harvard and Cornell Universities, USA.
